I think it’s clear, you need to be at least 25 to purchase bombs.

Yes. But no. You can’t rent a car until you are 26. Rental cars are at least as dangerous as bombs so we should limit bomb purchases to age 26 or higher.
Why stop at the actual bombs? Things can be purchased that can be used to make bombs as well. We must not allow such things to be available to anyone still eligible to be on their parents Healthcare! They are really just children you know.
I should amend that to be “They are really just children unless we can use them to make laws that we want to get passed so we can void the actually plain meaning of the Constitution.”
