I totally missed the fact that yesterday was Michelle Obama’s birthday. Not that I really care, since I’m not a fan of her nor that husband of hers. I only knew because President Trump announced the rollback of the Michelle Meals.
I couldn’t come up with anything to top that, but I can join in. And so could you.
Yesterday, as I wasn’t prepared for it, so I just ate what I felt like at the time, with no planning some really bad eating. I had a vegetable plate for lunch — not because I’m trying to eat healthy; one look at me will tell you I don’t do that — because I wanted a vegetable plate for lunch. Besides, macaroni and cheese was one of the vegetables. For supper, I had Chick-fil-A. Of course, breakfast yesterday had sausage, egg, and waffle stuff, so there’s that.
Had I know about Michelle Obama’s birthday, I would have stepped up my game and eaten some really yummy and no good for you food. Maybe a pizza. Not a slice of pizza, but a whole pizza. With bacon. And extra cheese. That would have been good.

I celebrated her birthday the way she would want, I didn’t bake her a cake.
I finally tested whether store-brand Fritos are as good as real Fritos.
The store brand have a more mealy consistency, but just as much grease & salt.
Admittedly, that has less to do with the birthday than with the fact that my store had Fritos on sale…
Lol – why would we not expect this douche (payoff) act from the producer & purveyor of a cheesy, classless fast food feast for the young men who earned recognition & a celebration of Clemson”s National Championship at the White House.
I may not be a member of President Obama’s fan club, however you can count me as a fan of Michelle Obama’s consistent class, dignity, empathy and unconditional support for proper school nutrition for the future builders of our country.
