Damn suburbanites buying up all the soda. The government should do a forced re-allocation of the drinks to ensure poor people still have access to them.
Have they tried closing the Beverage-Tax loophole? I mean it’s obvious their problem is all the untaxed soda in the surrounding towns and the criminals that get their sodas and then bring them into Town.
