Their 4 are divided by congressional district, plus one EV goes to popular winner.
beo: Their 4 are divided by congressional district, plus one EV goes to popular winner. Two votes go to the statewide winner. There are two districts, and the winner in each district gets one.
The MSM has given Kerry the two statewide EC votes and one of the districts. The other district is apparently still too close to call . . .

Couple of House wins but also a couple of runoffs that could go either way.
