What exactly did Bush lie about?
I mean, I feel lied to with how he’s been on immigration and spending, but what do the muckadoos refer to? Do they even know?
Maybe he lied about how big a fish he caught; sounds like the sort of thing he’d lie about. Or maybe he padded his resume with something like, “Governor of the largest, most powerful state ever ever!” Or perhaps a dress did make Laura look fat and he wouldn’t admit to it.
Whatever it was, people died because of that lie.

what he lied about is irrelevant. What matters is that people died. Died. Died dead. and it’s all his fault, for lying. Even if he was lying on a hammock, or lying on his Nielson rating checklist card; he said he was watching and account of the Pelopnonesian war on the History Channel, when in reality he was watching Green Acres reruns on Nick.
Yup. I agree.
He could have lied on his left side, and then on his right; on his top side, and then his bottom(back off, Ben Burch).
He could have been lying about, lying around, lying on top of, lying beneath, and so on….
Damn gravity….
I know Bush Lied, but what’s this about people dying? I thought that his lies were to cover up his using the NSA to snoop on everyone.
Bush Lied, People Spied
I think it’s a Dawn of the Dead thing…he’s been lying about the zombie menace…and now they’re poised to take control of the House.
You guys are so stupid!
Like the moon landings, the WTC attacks were a hoax. They dismantled the WTC towers the night before, moved them to underground storage, and used their special effects pals in Hollywood to create burning tower footage.
Next, he invaded Iraq because he’s stupid.
Next, he invaded Iraq because he’s stupid.
I thought he invaded Iraq because he’s in the pocket of the Jooooos
I don’t mean to pimp my blog, but a commenter (dicentra of Dicentra’s Garden) left a comment that I put in one of my latest posts. She explains a few salient points about the “Bush lied” rhetoric and why it’s hopeless to overcome it. (My sincere apologies to Frank if this blog-pandering offends him. Please remove this comment if it offends.)

How about saying that there is no doubt that Saddam has WMD’s, that there is no discussion to be had about it, he certainly has them.
Well, some people in the CIA had their doubts, so he obviously lied when he said that.
Next, he lied about Saddam having ties to Al-Qaeda.
Both of these claims (certainty of WMD posession, Saddam’s ties to Al-Qaeda) were debunked by State Officials themselves.
So, Bush lied and led us into Iraq. Last I heard, a few people have died there.
Connect the dots, losers. The majority of the country did.
Funny thing, those lies.
Saddam’s own documents show that he had a nuclear program. The NYT says so. The NYT says he was a year away from The Bomb.
And his own documents show substantial contact and cooperation with Al-Q, too.
But who are you going to believe? Bush and Saddam, or Michael Moore? Here you go, old son. Have another nice glass of the Kool Aid, and everything will be all right.
Heh.
Yeah, that’s why Bush himself said they were wrong about WMDs, and that’s why the CIA themself said there were no ties between Al-Qaeda and Saddam. Who am I going to believe, the people involved or Right-Wing Bloggers?
Sorry jefferson, the Country has spoken. Bush lied. Back to church, little boy.
Oh yeah….Heh.
