Parody of an Over-Zealous Supporter Was Eighty Miles Back; They’re Well Beyond That

I’ve noticed we’ve had a bit more Ronulans lately in the comments, and they’ve inexplicably seemed to have gotten even dumber to the point of basically shouting, “Ron Paul rulezzz!!! All others suxxors!!!” over and over no matter what is the post’s subject. I’m tempted to think these are just people pretending to be Ron Paul supporters so as to (further) defame them, but how exactly can you tell someone pretending to be a social leper with the IQ of 60 from an actual sub-moronic, neo-Nazi Ron Paul supporter?

  1. Announce that you have recently accidentally discovered a substance that causes any type of federal gov’t it comes in contact to to shrink.
True Ronulans will be over you like stink on stinky things.
    Faux-trolls won’t get it.

  2. Declare that the ronpaul be cut in half. The real Ronulans will throw themselves on top or the ronpaul in an attempt to spare it. The charletans will be exposed by their indifference.
Then bar the doors and release the rebid mongooses.

  3. Aww you poor guys. I’m so sorry Fred can’t win anywhere! RON PAUL!
[Here’s an example. This could be a parody, or someone could be so dense that he thinks writing his candidates name in all caps on random blogs will actually help. Either is plausible. -Ed.]

  4. Q: Fred can has do well in South Carolina place?
    A: No
Q: Ron Paul can has rule and be awesome?
    A: Yes
Q: IMAO can has teh suck?
    A: Yes
    Q: I am smart?
    A: Yes
Q: Bush ruined the GOP 4 yearz to come?
    A: Yes
Q: Bush is the GOP’s Jimmy Carter?
    A: Yes – even worse
Q: The GOP peeps will now have to suck on Bush’s legacy?
    A: Yes. And suck hard.
    [Parody? Actual troll? -Ed.]

  5. Q: Do you have no life?
    A: Yes
Q: Do you spend your time making excuses for a racist conspiracy nut who never gets more than single digits in any national polls?
    A: Absolutely
Q: Do you spend your time making excuses for everybody who attacks us like a battered wife constantly telling yourself “it’s all our fault?”
    A: Why yes!
Q: When this campaign’s over, will most of us still have lives, families, jobs while you’ll still be stuck railing against fiat money and the Trilaterist Commission in your parents’ basement?
    A: Yes
Q: Will you ever get laid?
    A: No

  6. BTW- the fix is in. Lee Rockwell wrote those RP newsletters attacking MLK. Besides why RP write this in 1990 when he voted for MLK day in 1983.
“Boy, it sure burns me to have a national holiday for that pro-communist philanderer, Martin Luther King. I voted against this outrage time and time again as a Congressmen. What an infamy that Ronald Reagan approved it! We can thank him for our annual Hate Whitey Day.” – Ron Paul political Report
Because he didn’t. Lee Rockweell wrote them and RP is protecting his former congressional staffer and MISES Institute staffer.
Besides this nazi stuff is just recycled garbage that Cato is feeding Kirchick to attack RP via third party.
The Cato institute sucks anyway. No one takes those guys seriously.

  7. I don’t know about folks pretending to have IQs of 60, but I encounter a fair number of people who actually have IQs of about 60, since I ride a train to work that some folks with Downs syndrome also take to their jobs, and they’re all quite pleasant, which distinguishes them from Ron Paul supporters.

  8. the fix is in. Lee Rockwell wrote those RP newsletters
So, he merely published a racist newsletter for years on end, stuck his name to it, and defended it for years afterwards.
    Ok, well then, everything’s cool

  9. “You Paul morons realize that your nutjob canidate doesn’t have a chance?”
Paulistinians + Liberals= STOP WASTING OUR MONEY ON THAT SHITY ASS COUNTRY THAT ISN’T WORTH A POT TO PISS IN IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
Paul has merged the Libertarian party via his Paleo style with the constitution party. 2 parties + Alex Jones conspiracy followers = political power. We raised 20 million for our candidate in 1 month. No one else can do that.
The best solution is either to fight for Paul to win, and he does have a chance, or to nuke the GOP all together in order to hijack the election in 2012.
Either way both political parties suck ass whereas Ron Paul kicks ass so I know who I’m voting for either way.

  10. This is how Ron Paul’s going to repair our foreign policy.
Paul: no we’re not going to send any troops to defend that “SHITY ASS COUNTRY THAT ISN’T WORTH A POT TO PISS IN IN THE MIDDLE EAST”,
That will make us a ton of friends…once we pull our troops out and leave 30 million people over their to fry.
That will teach you, foreigners! Don’t stick your neck out and side with us!

  11. …how exactly can you tell someone pretending to be a social leper with the IQ of 60 from an actual sub-moronic, neo-Nazi Ron Paul supporter?
Cut them in half and count the rings?
(Actually, counting the rings doesn’t serve any purpose – cutting them in half is the important part, so make sure you at least do that.)

  12. “That will make us a ton of friends…once we pull our troops out and leave 30 million people over their to fry.”
Bush is creating terrorists over there. Paul supports the troops…supports bring their asses home that is! and supports them not wasting trillions of f***ing dollars and turning us into a banana Republic!
It’s fine to hunt terrorists, but nation building MUST END NOW.
Stop wasting money! If we wanted to waste money we’d vote for Democrats!

  13. There’s one candidate who is prepared to put Uncle Sam on a DIET, and it sure isn’t Fred Thompson. Thompson supports wasting trillions on Iraq and Afghanistan nation building projects. Besides Thompson is a an amnesty supporting, John McCain-endorsing, free-speech censoring RINO.

  14. You’re calling Fred a RINO? You apparently don’t know the meaning of the acronym if you support Herr Paul and yet consider RINO to be derogitory….
I say again, bring back the monkeys who were trolling for Fuehrer Paul before – these rejected “humans” are pathetic.

  15. Wow…Ron Paul supporters (at least the ones I know personally) have been trying to portray themselves as the intellectuals in this election season, but, as is evidenced by the above posts by acroso and Willowisp, they have obviously reverted back to their subhuman natural state. Here’s a hint kids: give it up. Your attempts to degrade the real conservatives on this website are met with laughter and mocking…well, at least they were. Now you’re just starting to get on my nerves. Yes, I know this site is satire, and I come here for laughs, but I also come here to hear intelligent opinions by informed people. You are not in this group. Crawl back into your basement bedroom, log onto your Ron Paul websites, and you can blast the other candidates all you want and not annoy the hell out of us.

  16. Paul supports the troops…supports bring their asses home that is!
Yeah, because the reason we have an army is to have them all sit at home as much as possible. People talk about foreign service, fighting, obligations, protecting people, but this isn’t true at all. The purpose of the military should be one giant welfare program where we employ a couple million to constantly sit at home.
Bush is creating terrorists over there.
Since Al Qaeda in Iraq’s been decimated – according to what? This is a bumper sticker slogan that you guys spout out without ever citing any figures or stats to back it up – please provide them.
It’s fine to hunt terrorists, but nation building MUST END NOW.
If you would like to build me a time machine where us leaving Iraq wouldn’t lead to 30 million people being left to anarchy and an Rwanda-style scenario, please feel free to do so. But as much as you might not like Bush and as much as you might not like Iraq, even if you can make a case that there are bad effects from it, you seem to be completely blind to effects of us leaving Iraq to a religious civil war, strengthening Al Qaeda, strengthening Iran, all while making the threat of American intervention and the prospect of American friendship absolutely meaningless.
And yet still you’ll talk about libertarianism and freedom all while leaving those people to be swallowed up by dictatorships where human right are never considered more than a passing joke.

  17. Obergruppenführer Acroso, you serve the cause well. However, you have only blamed the Joos once so far. Please emphasize the Joo/brown people menace more and why we need to “liberate” the gold fillings from their teeth/grills, as it is necessary for our plans to convert to the gold standard.
    Heil Paul!
    END OF ORDERS

  18. Who gives a damn about any of those countries…certainly not Iraq.
Blow that country off the map for all I care.
Just stop seizing our property via excessive taxation and wasting it by the plane load, truck load, boat load, in Iraq nation building.
And Fred Thompson is an amnesty supporting RINO who doesn’t deserve the job any more than Shilliary Clinton.

  19. RON PAUL FOREVER! RON PAUL WILL BE PRESIDENT FOR LIFE! RON PAUL WILL END FOREING AID AND CRAP LIKE NAFTA! RON PAUL!
[Is this an actual Ronulan or did one of my readers decided to imitate one? It’s impossible to tell. -Ed.]

  20. “RON PAUL FOREVER! RON PAUL WILL BE PRESIDENT FOR LIFE! RON PAUL WILL END FOREING AID AND CRAP LIKE NAFTA! RON PAUL!”
Indeed he will. RP is the national sovereignty candidate. He will pull out of the U.N., THE WTO, NAFTA, CAFTA, SPP, ETC ETC. He is free trade but not at the expense of national sovereignty and borders. Foreign organizations nor multi-national corporations will not have control of our trade policies in a Paul administration.

  21. Maybe AuH20 as V.P.
    You realize he’s dead, right?
You also realize he supported being far more aggressive in Vietnam and overseas actions, which is pretty much the polar opposite of Ron Paul’s foreign policy?
Wow…Ron Paul supporters (at least the ones I know personally) have been trying to portray themselves as the intellectuals
At least out of what I’ve seen, you have a bunch of people reading a few articles on LewRockwell.com and all of a sudden thinking they’re a f’n economist. Then they spend thousands of hours on the internet citing people whose books they’ve never read and acting like authorities on fields they’ve only heard of in passing. After that they combine with the people who think that because they watched a couple television programs about Nostradamus on the History Channel they’re a major public policy historian, and there you have it — the average Ron Paul supporter.
Forgive me if I sound a little bitter here, but these people get really, really f’n annoying

  22. Grandpa Fred Strangles terrorists with intestines!
Grandpa Fred has such a giant beer belly he can roll over terrorist like a bowling ball!
Grandpa Fred drives around in a red pickup trunk pretending to be a conservative and killing liberals and terrorists!
FRED THOMPSON FOR LIFE, THIS WILL KICK ASS!
[Vote now: Actual moronic troll or parody? -Ed.]

  23. “Maybe AuH20 as V.P.
    You realize he’s dead, right?”
Berry Goldwater Jr. is campaigning for and with Ron Paul right now in Nevada and South Carolina. I can’t speak for the dead one, but his son may be Paul’s V.P. pick seemingly anyway.

  24. Berry Goldwater Jr. is campaigning for and with Ron Paul right now in Nevada and South Carolina. I can’t speak for the dead one, but his son may be Paul’s V.P. pick seemingly anyway.
Can you take Reagan’s kid while you’re at it? – (the dark haired one, Michael’s cool) we’re sick of being blamed for him.

  25. Well good day liberals, I have to go.
If Ron Paul wins, we can take to the fight to the IRS, the Fed, government spending, the military industrial spending, and to international government.
If the liberals win, we get to stop wasting trillions of dollars in Iraq, and we get to extricate the neocons from the White House.
Both parties suck, but I see this election as win-win for conservatives since anything would be better than the current clown we have in the W.H.

  26. Dude, wtf is up with that moron, acroso? Checking the timestamps on his posts, for the past 1.5 hours, he literally hasn’t gone 10 minutes without making yet another retarded post.
Do you seriously have nothing better to do than repeatedly spam random blogs with half-legible, barely coherent, mildly racist, ALL CAPS ABUSING idiocies, with no actual content? In case you’re having trouble understanding some of those words, let me translate that into moron for you: U R teh gay!!11!!1
Oh, by the way, I heard there’s a new internet poll with Ron Paul in it over at, uh, CNN.com. Why don’t you go spam that for a while.

  27. Cave Troll know trolls and these trolls give trolls bad name. You give bad name to Cave Troll and Cave Troll crush you with big rock.
Vote Cave Troll in 2008. Cave Troll not just punch hippies, Cave Troll crush hippies with big rock.
*** Hi, me Cave Troll, and Cave Troll approve this message from Cave Troll. ***

  28. “I was a supporter of the Freestate project until I decided their connections with a neo-Nazi truther loon were to strong.”
Hopefully the birth of a new age is upon us. Ron Paul has been endorsed and offered the top of the ticket for both the constitution party and the Libertarian party.
The Cato Institute has failed. The Mises Institute is dominating.
Nuke the GOP and start of on 2012 if we can’t win.

  29. Ron Paul supporters are funny. “Support our wrinkled old version of Howdy Doody! Gawd Bless RONNN PAAAAAUL!!
How come they never leave a link to themselves?
BTW, leaving a link to yet another Paulette fan site doesn’t count… but then again, neither do you.

  30. Ron Paul ’62!
Cause they’ll still be that deluded. Robble Robble Ron Paul has about as much chance to win in ’62 as he does in ’08, ’12, and so on.
So, the “birth of a new age” is being heralded by an old man with less credibility than Al Sharpton (or Al Gore for all it’s worth)? The old fart is going to be dead in a couple of years anyway, so there’s another reason why they’re wasting their time.

  31. Did you read Kirchick’s article in TNR today…guess what…Ron Paul never wrote the racist memos….as predicted by EVERYONE…..unless you read Redstate-spin-machine who lies to its readers that is.
Now back to that RINO hunt! Go Paul!

  32. You know about that doesn’t mean you wrote them. Lee Rockwell wrote them.
As for the the Stormfront hit piece…it came from the NYTimes…now there’s a credible source…and they RETRACTED the hitpiece….that piece of human debree Redstate.com is still bashing Ron Paul with it.
The NYTimes said the blog “Should not have been published”
    and
“A post in The Medium blog that appeared on Monday about the Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul and his purported adoption by white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups contained several errors. Stormfront, which describes itself as a “white nationalist” Internet community, did not give money to Ron Paul’s presidential campaign; according to Jesse Benton, a spokesman for Paul’s campaign, it was Don Black, the founder of Stormfront, who donated $500 to Paul. The original post also repeated a string of assertions by Bill White, the commander of the American National Socialist Workers Party, including the allegation that Paul meets regularly “with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review and others” at a restaurant in Arlington, Va. Paul never attended these dinners, according to Benton, who also says that Paul has never knowingly met Bill White.” -NYTIMES
    Get your fact straights.

  33. Shift blame all you want, bitch. Crying that, “Lew Rockwell wrote them! It’s all his fault!”, even if it were true, doesn’t change the fact that ronnie knew, but was seemingly OK with them.
And trying to win credibility by quoting the NYT times is a sure way to lose it.
Also, did he or did he not pose for pics & accept money from Stormfront? If you try to say that he didn’t realize who they were, then either you’re a complete liar, or Ronnie has no clue what’s going on.
    I suspect both are true.

  34. “Shift blame all you want, bitch. Crying that, “Lew Rockwell wrote them! It’s all his fault!”, even if it were true, doesn’t change the fact that ronnie knew, but was seemingly OK with them.”
I said Ron Paul knows. He did not know then. Lee Rockweel was the editor n’ chief of the magazine. All 6 racist pieces snippits from the article “The Angry White Man” were from 1990-1992. Paul kept all three of his newsletters clean from 1978-1990 until Rockwell took over and “betrayed his trust.” Besides four of the six racist attacks were attacking MLK as a “gay pedofile.”
Now why would Paul break against Reagan to approve MLK day in 1983, and then write four snippets attacking MLK day 10 years later?
    The answer is he wouldn’t.
This is because Asshole at Redstate are taking it out of context because they want to tear him down and the HuffingtonPost hates all conservatives so they are on the attack too.
So STFU before you throw “racist” cards at a good man.

  35. #77 Master Shake says
“And why, exactly, is Herr Paul on a “RINO hunt”? Is he so mentally deranged that he can’t even find himself?”
Sorry I can’t explain as well as National Review Editor Derbyshire can..
“John Derbyshire responded this morning to a reader who urged him to support Fred Thompson:
“My reader’s aspersions on Paul sound a lot like the ones I recall hearing about Ronald Reagan during the first presidential election I witnessed from American soil, in 1976. An office colleague — he was a recent refugee from Eastern Europe — was hot for Reagan. Everyone else, Democrat and Republican alike, laughed at this guy. “Not a real candidate …” etc., etc. Uh-huh…
“When a dysfunctional federal government generates systemic problems, though — and there are some doozies just over the horizon — you need systemic solutions. I believe that in current circumstances, that means a withdrawal of federal power from areas where it never had any proper business being, and a return to a strict reading of the federal Constitution. I see the same belief in Paul. I don’t see it Fred.”
    -National Review Editor John Derbyshire
or Maybe ask Cal Thomas as he said today..
“Bestselling author, syndicated columnist, and renowned conservative commentator Cal Thomas praised Ron Paul yesterday on his website. Here’s some of what he had to say:
“Where are we after the Michigan primary and just before South Carolina this weekend?
“Mike Huckabee… sounds like a big government Republican. The only one behaving like a real Republican is Ron Paul, who actually wants to cut spending and get government out of our lives. He won’t win the nomination because too many Republican are into handouts and restribution, just like Democrats.
“It’s a sad political season if you are a conservative… Maybe a miracle will happen and Republicans will start behaving like Republicans again.”-Cal Thomas
So that’s why Ron Paul is on RINO hunt….in short.

  36. I said Ron Paul knows. He did not know then. Lee Rockweel was the editor n’ chief of the magazine. All 6 racist pieces snippits from the article “The Angry White Man” were from 1990-1992. Paul kept all three of his newsletters clean from 1978-1990 until Rockwell took over and “betrayed his trust.”
Yeah…except for the fact he defended these pieces in the Dallas Morning News in 1996…and this man who “betrayed his trust” is still a close friend of his to this day who he has yet to rebuke in any manner…and the MLK piece includes personal language directly implying it came from him.
Really – who hasn’t published a racist conspiracy-filled newsletter for years in your own name and defended it afterwards? This is much ado about nothing.

  37. So STFU before you throw “racist” cards at a good man.
And who would that be? It ain’t Ronnie, that’s for damn sure; neither good nor a man, Ronnie is a king among mental midgets. That’s why you follow him like a good little lambie-pie.
Look, sissy, Ron Paul knows now about the “Lew Rockwell” letters, sure… but he knew it then too. Do you really believe that those papers were published in Ronnie’s name, but he had no idea about them for over two years!?! Please. He knew & You know it too, so before you start trying to tell anyone to “STFU”, maybe you ought to get a clue from somewhere, because you surely won’t get one from Don Black’s little poster-boy for National Socialist agendas.
    Have a good day!

  38. “Yeah…except for the fact he defended these pieces in the Dallas Morning News in 1996.”
No he didn’t. The reporter did. Any we’re talking about SIX small quotations that were consider racist that was in a 3 different journals from 1990-1992. 4 of the quotations were attacking MLK day….something PAUL broke against Reagan to approve of!
Paul was betrayed by the editor n’ chief.

  39. I have seen that photo before, but that photo was not the basis of what the NYTimes was using to slander Ron Paul with. That is just some guy who asked for a photograph…Paul can’t regulate what people do.
But the stuff in the hit piece proved FALSE….as did the stuff about Ron Paul writing hate speech directed at MLK day, which he voted for unlike the “racist” Ronald Reagan who didn’t want MLK day….. err in the Redstate book of slandering your opponents…does this mean we can refer to Ronald Reagan as a Neo-Nazi now?

  40. No he didn’t. The reporter did.
Uh, yes he did. He argued with the reporter over it, said they weren’t offensive or racist, and that they had to be read in “context.” The articles that have been published on this have contained a lot more than six small snippets from those newsletters that were f’n nuts – and when I find out that a person who I thought was a friend of mine turns out to be a wacko racist anti-semetic conspiracy nut and “betrays my trust” I don’t remain a close friend of his for years afterward and rely on him.
Ron Paul does. These are the guy’s friends. These are the guy’s he hangs around. And these are the guys he places his trust in. Now, by all means make some more excuses for him.

  41. Show me what this reporter said that you are taking offense to? It’s pretty clear RP was not the bashing MLK.
He had to fight tooth and nail against neo-nazi Ronald Reagan to push for a national MLK day only to have a renegade editor N’ Chief post 4 quotes bashing MLK as a “gay pedofile.”
That’s just wrong. Reagan is a sick dude to be racist like that.

  42. “Boy, it sure burns me to have a national holiday for that pro-communist philanderer, Martin Luther King. I voted against this outrage time and time again as a Congressmen. What an infamy that Ronald Reagan approved it! We can thank him for our annual Hate Whitey Day. – Ron Paul political Report 1990
aka renegade Editor N’ Chief Lee Rockwell
Ron Paul voted for MLK day 10 years before any of the racist stuff occurred and fought against neo-nazi Ronald Reagan who opposed MLK day.
So if Paul was fighting neo-nazi’s in 1983 in favor of MLK day….why would he write that?
He didn’t, and he didn’t want the Renegade editor doing it either who “betrayed his trust.”

  43. Do you earn a commission every time you mention the New York Times?
“Real Conservatives” don’t give a steaming pile of Ron Paul what the NYT says, so the fact that you keep mentioning “hit pieces” that no one other than you brought up in the first place is rather suspicious. Do you have an excess inventory of straw, perhaps?

  44. Redstate is the one who is always bashing RP with that NYTimes article. I’m just defending him…
Keep in mind Redstate.com is the same site that demanded we pass “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” and banned everyone who was bashing Bush for it so they could have party unity.
Party hacks, shills, and retards if you ask me

  45. MS-
That’s the circular reasoning that passes for critical thinking in their world. We could be here until November trying to reason with them, but once the groupthink has set in, there’s nothing short of a group-wide calamity or an army of deprogrammers that can wake them up.
Even if that happened, there’d still be those who think that Ron Paul is the new messiah, the perfect being, blameless, without blemish- the Jesus 2.0 for the 21st century. If Ron Paul died today, it wouldn’t matter; to them, he’s Elvis Christ.

  46. The only visible Ron Paul supporter in our town, the one running around putting up signs, defacing currency with a rubber stamp, etc., is the same fellow who a some years back, quit his high paying union job just so he wouldn’t have to pay child support. He is also the same guy who brags about having avoided the Vietnam draft by claiming he was a bed wetter.
I frankly doubt even the neo-Nazis would be willing to claim his ilk.

  47. Show me what this reporter said that you are taking offense to? It’s pretty clear RP was not the bashing MLK.
Again what was in those newsletters what not just some stray offhand comment bashing MLK. It was a heavy and wide load of racist, conspiratorial, and anti-semitic stuff. As far as Paul not defending it:
    http://reason.com/blog/show/124339.html
May 22, 1996 Dallas Morning News:
Dr. Ron Paul, a Republican congressional candidate from Texas, wrote in his political newsletter in 1992 that 95 percent of the black men in Washington, D.C., are “semi-criminal or entirely criminal.”
He also wrote that black teenagers can be “unbelievably fleet of foot.” […]
Dr. Paul, who is running in Texas’ 14th Congressional District, defended his writings in an interview Tuesday. He said they were being taken out of context.
Now Paul spends a lot of time in that article saying he’s being taken out of context, he spends a lot of time saying people are misreading him – what he doesn’t do is say he disagreed with any of the pieces or that he didn’t write it.
In fact, as far as writing the stuff, he leads people to believe exactly the opposite:
    Oct. 11, 1996, Houston Chronicle:
Paul, who earlier this week said he still wrote the newsletter for subscribers, was unavailable for comment Thursday. But his spokesman, Michael Quinn Sullivan, accused Morris of “gutter-level politics.”
Again, this was years after the fact. He knew about the pieces, he knew whether he wrote them or not – he reputed neither.
(Lastly, please spare me the bit about Paul fighting for MLK. That’s good if he voted for it, but that’s all he did – vote for it, he wasn’t on the front lines fighting for any of this stuff or any civil right movement. In fact he was the only member of Congress to vote “no” in an anniversary bill commemorating the Civil Rights Act and has given strong indications he would have opposed that. Now, he says it’s not because he opposes racism, but whether I’m willing to give him a pass on that or not, it’s not a big enough pass that I’m willing to make the guy President of the United States.)

  48. Silicon Valley Jim: I like you more all the time, you’re right on with the comment that PPL with a 60 IQ are usually FAR pleasanter than this.
Editor — I vote for 100% trolls / fakes. Nobody here really wants to shrink / starve or even KILL the beast that is Federal Gov’t and certainly not “acroso.” They just want to whine. You need some Mozart .mp3’s or whatever those synthesizer music files are to get ppl calm and focused and smart while they post. Then we’ll get some real discourse from some real people who really want to get real policies enacted rather than just BLEATING NAMES IN ALL CAPS AS IF THAT SOLVES EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

  49. TNR article admitted today that in the article “an angry white man”, the editor N’ Chief Lee Rockwell, founder of the Mises Institute wrote exactly FIVE (I thought there were six…but there are only five I just looked) things that were considered “racist.”
“A Special Issue on Racial Terrorism” analyzes the Los Angeles riots of 1992: “Order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the blacks to pick up their welfare checks three days after rioting began. … What if the checks had never arrived? No doubt the blacks would have fully privatized the welfare state through continued looting. But they were paid off and the violence subsided.”
The November 1990 issue of the Political Report had kind words for David Duke.
This newsletter describes Martin Luther King Jr. as “a world-class adulterer” who “seduced underage girls and boys” and “replaced the evil of forced segregation with the evil of forced integration.”
he January 1991 edition of the Political Report refers to King as a “world-class philanderer who beat up his paramours” and a “flagrant plagiarist with a phony doctorate.”
A February 1991 newsletter attacks “The X-Rated Martin Luther King.”

An October 1990 edition of the Political Report ridicules black activists, led by Al Sharpton, for demonstrating at the Statue of Liberty in favor of renaming New York City after Martin Luther King. The newsletter suggests that “Welfaria,” “Zooville,” “Rapetown,” “Dirtburg,” and “Lazyopolis” would be better alternatives–and says, “Next time, hold that demonstration at a food stamp bureau or a crack house.”

That’s it folks….Lee Rockwell “betrayed Ron Paul’s trust” and wrote a few statements BASHING MLK……when Ron Paul voted in favor against the racist Ronalidus Magnus.

  50. That’s it folks….Lee Rockwell “betrayed Ron Paul’s trust” and wrote a few statements BASHING MLK……when Ron Paul voted in favor against the racist Ronalidus Magnus.
that’s it folks…you don’t address a single substantive criticism so that you can make excuses for a racist conspiracy nut

  51. “that’s it folks…you don’t address a single substantive criticism so that you can make excuses for a racist conspiracy nut”
Did you read Kirchick’s new article he wrote today, in which he say Lee Rockwell wrote those memos.
Furthermore 4 of the 5 quotes in question that were in question in the “angry white man” article were bashing MLK day, which Paul fought the possibly racist Ronald Reagan to get as a national holiday.
What’s left to address. Paul didn’t write the memos and he opposed the racists in 1983 to support MLK day.

  52. Did you read Kirchick’s new article he wrote today, in which he say Lee Rockwell wrote those memos.
Uh, like I said at the very start of this
So, he merely published a racist newsletter for years on end, stuck his name to it, and defended it for years afterwards.
    cool
That’s the guy you want as our next President.
    Awesome

  53. McVain will be a good party building platform for this guy. I think a lot of conservatives will become much more receptive to our message once their favorite RINO is gone.
People who like Fred Thompson or Huckabee or some other RINO will eventually be forced into voting for someone else’s RINO––in which case they will become angry–..and anger at the system and the corrupt GOP establishment is what fuels Ron Paul and the Ron Paul Revolution.

  54. Paul didn’t know about the momoes…some reporter in Dallas said he knew about them in 1996.
That was long after the period of time when they appeared anyways. 4 of the 5 memos that were published between 1990-1992 were bashing MLK whereas Ron Paul supported MLK and fought the “racist” Ronald Reagan to have a national MLK day.
If “racist” Ronald Reagan can be president….why can’t someone who stood for freedom like Ron Paul be president?

  55. Paul didn’t know about the momoes
So we have a guy who’s in the habit of commenting about articles he didn’t know about and saying that he wrote them, fantastic.
Except the reporters say they got Paul’s comments on this stuff, there were multiple reporters, this was a big story at the time, and you have no reason to believe those guys didn’t ask him about this or that he didn’t know about them – but you’ll come up with something anyway. (while 2 years is pretty long time for somebody to publish something under his own name without knowing about it, the most racist/anti-semitic/conspiratorial stuff was going on from 1987 to when he was elected to Congress in 96. It was not limited to two years.)
Your defense of the guy is “he wasn’t racist! he was just incredibly incompetent!” and you want to make that guy the President of the United States. That’s just great.
That was long after the period of time when they appeared anyways.
It was right during the period where there were a bunch of local news articles about it and he would have had to have been dumb, deaf, and blind not to know about them.
Of course, I’m the kind of person who doesn’t let stuff get published under my own name without approving of it – Call it a little quirk – If I do give someone permission to write under my name (and later say to multiple reporters I wrote it) I check in once in a while to see what they’re doing. If they write racist s— for a period of years and “betray my trust,” I no longer consider that person a friend of mine. I don’t associate with him, I don’t rely on his advice, and I absolutely make a point of renouncing him and lambasting him when I find out about it…But, I’m just funny that way.
Ron Paul supported MLK and fought the “racist” Ronald Reagan to have a national MLK day.
Ron Paul supported MLK by condemning the Civil Rights Act, the culmination of everything he fought for.
I also find it interesting how all these “true Republicans” feel the need to bash Reagan. Do you think you’re on a Democratic blog? Do you think that scores points with anybody you’re trying to get to support Ron Paul. Don’t you think that supports the suspicions of a lot of people that you’re about as conservative as Dennis Kucinich?

  56. P.S. since when did libertarians become anti-illegal immigration?
Cato and Mises split in the 80’s. Paleo-Libertarians are pro-sovereignty. Cosmo-Libertarians are pro-WTO, pro-NAFTA, etc.
Ron Paul NOT SO MUCH! The constitution comes first. That’s why both the Libertarians and the Constitution Party have offered him the head of their ticket….if he wanted to pursue a third party bid. Hopefully he will do well in Nevada and S.C. and pick up steam to win the GOP if he can punch through to the mainstream media that is.
(Dumb)Fox News tells viewers Ron Paul is a terrorist-sympathizer?
Is that why they banned him form the debate?
I have no idea what Michelle Malkin is talking about. Paul has NEVER advocated that 9/11 was an inside job, not in his old newletters, on the Alex Jones Show, or anywhere else.
    (Dumb)Fox News is amusing.

  57. I find it amusing that these Ron Paul ‘supporters’ can’t seem to get Lew Rockwell’s name right nor do they seem to have any idea how Libertarian’s nominate their candidates.
RE #65 and a couple of other comments, they do not offer someone their nomination they have a nominating convention at which the delegates actually select a candidate.
The trolls in this thread make even the looniest of Libertarians look lucid and give the reasonable ones a bad name.
Not, I admit that any of them claimed the label.
Well, today is SC. Go Fred

  58. RON PAUL is clearly a victim of smears from the JEW republic. I am not an antisemite, but cum on, READ BETWEEN THE LINES PEOPLE!!!! ASK yourself, WHO (hint, rhymes with JEW) benifits from the publication of Proo (again, rhymes with JEW) ven smears against our leader.
RON PAUL is the only 1 who can save us from the TRANNY of the FEDERAL RESERVE. ONLY the gold STANDARD can SET U FREE!!!! Viva the r3V01ution. Smash the Jooish Zionazi Conspiracy!!!!!111!
I dare you to call me a racist – I have many colored friends and I love JEWS, as long as they are not zionazi bankers who want to take my money.
