hah! the camera just panned on Teddy Kennedy asleep during the speech. Must have been a little tired after his half a dozen or so martinis at happy hour, earlier. 🙂
Who was that guy on my TV signing autographs?
I thought the dour Dems were disgusting too, but then I remembered this quote: “Democrats were also nearly twice as likely as Republicans to rate their own mental health as only “fair” or “poor.”
Mentally challenged people really shouldn’t be allowed to vote or hold office (unless they’re Ron Paul), no wonder they want free healthcare.
the lovely commie subversive keith olberfuher had the gall to say that the big news is kennedy endorsing obama, and anything bush says is irrelevant! oh, and bush lied nine times during the state of the union! (surge is working, economy isn’t that bad, etc.)
The earmarks Exec Order was a slap to teh DC establishment, long overdue. Having the stones to do it in 2000 might’ve eliminated the Republicans turning out their reps in 2006. Sure is easier to cut spending when it’s the opposing party. Still, it’s a good measure.
I also thought the idea of being able to transfer the unused GI Bill benefits to the wife or kids was a fantastic idea. I’m surprised it wasn’t thought of earlier. Some guys have those benefits and never use it or can’t use it.
dems crappy mental health — there’s an H.L.Mencken quote about how if somebody’s salary depends on being ignorant of something he’ll probably never figure it out — democrats platforms depend on life being suck hence their depression. Poor fools.

Frank J. it’s not right to post as a dem troll.
That’s it. One year to go for W. I watched the whole thing. Did you notice all those sullen Democrats? What a disgusting sight.

Well, several current democratic candidates for President are still running against him.

And still with the shamnesty.
Hmm… Bush… Bush…
Nope. Doesn’t ring a bell. Wait a sec- Is he that douche bag on Access Hollywood…?
I liked the part where that crone that was sitting behind Bush actually vomited with rage, and then proceeded to lick it up. Man, she is a card.
