Well, it’s not a tax..it’s a penalty..until it gets to the Supreme Court, then it will be a tax, again, but not the kind of tax which only Congress can impose…the kind of “penaltax” which is in keeping with the Constitution no matter where it originates because the “checks and balances” thing was all about paper checks…which nobody uses anymore..therefore, it is officially outdated. So says Justice Roberts, so say Yea all.

I’m surprised he didn’t just make fields illegal or try to confiscate it.
