Hasn’t the south west of the USA always been pretty much a hot dry desert subject to drought? Or am I thinking of the south west of some other country?
And the drought in American politics has already lasted longer than that.

Also, I’m pretty sure droughts are caused by fracking.

I’m fairly sure that an expectation by definition is not a “fact”.
So, do we expect the global-warming-caused “Polar Vortex” to cool down North America throughout the next eight months?
Or is global warming just something that comes and goes with the seasons, like (you know) seasons?
