If you buy into the 77% statistic Obama keeps lying about, you’re an idiot and deserve to be paid less.
To equalize things, Obama’s bill would have given every woman a 23% raise (a woman did the math).
If I were the CEO of any company and could get the same job done for 77 cents on the dollar, I would hire only women. Further, if this were true, 100% of the unemployed would be male.
I believe that if a man could spit out a baby he SHOULD be getting at least 23% more than a woman does for the same work.
At some point in the interview/hiring process wage has always come up, discussion happened about experience and such, then negotiation happened. Either men value their time more or women are bad negotiators, but either way how is that an issue that the government gets involved in?
I think I can find someone who makes 25% more than I do.
If I can, will Obama sign an executive order rectifying this situation, without looking too closely into the reasons why it is so?

The so called pay disparity issue between men and women is an attack the free market and on the freedom – and right – to value as you choose.

If they give you such an example be careful, because the way they’ll define “equal” will be different than you or I define it.
