A trade group sued the city of Seattle seeking to block a hike in the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
So… if the case goes all the way to the Supreme Court, will John Roberts declare wages taxes?

And since the Left just lost their rights to free, protected sex, if this lawsuit wins, the hippie burger-flippers will really be crying a river 24 hours/day – and maybe leave! ‘Cause, Seattle sucks!
Now if we could just get the State of Washington to cut their Welfare benefits in half, we’d have a nice, statewide exodus of idiots.
The good news is – Left wing idiots seem to be drawn towards cities on major fault lines or near active volcanoes.
