Way to go, PBS. After spending two minutes building a sense of awe, wonder, and reverence, they chose to end with a mood-breaking low-brow gesture, essentially putting one of Earth’s greatest robotic creations on the same level as an idiot frat boy or a PBS intern.
Seriously, you should bail on this at 1:59, latest.
But in the end, it’s still a Lego toy.
Now, if they’d shown footage of the actual construction, launch, landing and mission of the probe, that would have been awesome.
I was almost certain they were going to have it draw a penis.
