  1. From Wikipedia: at current hobo conventions “The Hobo Jungle is open to the public.” Wouldn’t it be by definition? Guess they have strict admission requirements.

    How about “Rule 16: Don’t cross national borders to do this. That doesn’t make you more special.”

    Well, at least back then tramps didn’t demand free condoms from the government.

  2. Where did this convention happen? I mean, was it out in a field somewhere? If not then how could they pay for a location? I imagine a pasture filled with lean-to tents and the speakers getting on their soapboxes to create these rules. And by soapboxes I mean soapboxes.
