I’d be willing to bet that 90%+ of people who don’t believe vaccines are safe an effective – despite the scientific evidence – do believe in anthropogenic global warming because Science(!).
Tragically vaccines are not 100% safe. But it still remains that the suffering avoided by using them far outweighs the suffering created in that small chance of adverse reaction. That is, of course, no solace to those who do have a love one suffer because of the vaccine. They will never be comforted by the fact that many, many more will be saved by it.
