I saw the first farewell tour, back when I trusted them.
I will say that I want to see them playing My Generation while dragging oxygen bottles around the stage.
Man Roger Daltry ages well. Great Pete Townsend finale.
I saw the 1989 farewell tour. It was at Randy Quaid’s “Biggest Party In History” in the Astrodome. Pete broke his foot at the encore jumping and spinning his arm on the guitar before he smashed it.

I despise Fallon and the Roots for various and sundry reasons, all perfectly valid, but this particular bit gets me every single time.
