Damn those mathematicians for adding the word integer to their definition of prime numbers!
If it wasn’t for the integer part, there would be no prime numbers, and all the math people could do better things than search for primes, like building better nukes and making better targeting lasers.
What is it with all the mathematical stuff all of a sudden? As a mathematician myself, I find the sudden onslaught of dodecahedri and primes and whatever else you crank out next both interesting and bothersome.
Brian C – we do prime related stuff to make strong codes so that the launch codes to those nuclear weapons dont fall into the wrong hands (It is well-known that Democrats and Commies are notoriously horrible at factoring).
well, at least the page has a picture of SarahK, so I can’t says as it was a complete waste of time.
Hi SarahK! Wal-Mart loves you!
whatever… Pretty lame Frank. Are you not going to be funny until a new Pope is elected? Just askin’
Just to be a little contrarian, you should note that not ALL prime numbers are odd numbers.

OCBill, that’s why he said “tend to be.”
What pattern HAVE linguists just found in Frank J’s writing?
he can’t tell the difference between singular and plural any more than buckwheat can
I was thinking Frank might have mentioned that rational numbers are disproportionately male.
I sense hostility in here.
All prime numbers are even.
Proof:
2 is even. 2 is prime. By induction, all even numbers are prime.
Frank fails, yet again.
Come to think of it, most prime ministers seem to be odd as well.

Also, brush fires cannot do factoring.
I thought the answer was paisley.
No, Phelps, you’re thinking of fractals.
This has been about the geekiest, funniest set of comments in a while. Ann, good one!
Too late again, but…
All prime numbers are odd. What about 2? 2 is the only even prime, therefore it is odd. QED.
