Does blogging count as print? If so then would it be Libel? If it doesn’t count as print, we aren’t spreading it verbally, so is it Slander?

Slander is spoken, Libel is in print.
It would have to be proven that you did it knowing it was false and that you intended to do actual harm.
I also heard that it’s pretty hard to patrol the Internet anyway so it might be hard for you to get caught. Security has never been the Democrats’ strong point and Al Gore invented the Internet, so that shouldn’t be a big surprise.
When was the last time someone actually won a libel suit? Even Westmorland withdrew his case before it went to jury.
I laughed so hard that I shot spaghetti out of my right nostril when I saw that Kos has already nominated his own blog for this award. So if we continue to nominate, we are only affirming his wishes.
