I do plan to live blog the election returns tonight, but I also hope to watch Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles off my computer too. See, my DVR didn’t record it last night. It said it was going to, but it didn’t for some reason. And it’s not like there were two other shows in the same time slot it recorded instead. So now I’ll have to watch the episode off of the FOX website, but watching a show off a laptop sitting on a TV tray just isn’t the same as watching it in HD on my big screen with digital sound. Anyway, I’ve never felt so betrayed by a piece of my home entertainment system before, and I just had to get that off my chest. I know I should be concerned about the election right now, but I can’t trust my DVR anymore… and despite all the hype, which do you think is more likely to directly affect me?
I would have more sympathy, Frank, but that show sucks. It really sucks. Hard.

My DVR did the same thing. I’ll be at work tonight, I was thinking about taking a personal day to watch the news and blog, but I figured today going to work after voting will be better for my mental health.

Dude, it’s on Hulu. I know that’s about the same as the FOX website (but totally better, I’m sure). I’m just wondering how you could have possibly not known that.
And, well, the episode was alright. It was no season premiere, but Cromartie finally got to do something again.

The Sarah Corner Cornicles? This show sux so bad its beyond cornprehension. Its like every bad script line ever written rolled up put in a bag like the corn in the bag that you toss in the game cornhole. Its really that bad. So points off IQ rating for that!

My DVR used to do crap like that after every daylight saving time adjustment, and I’d have to delete all my scheduled recordings and set them up again. Fortunately, they fixed it last year and I abandoned my plans for vengeance…for now.
Master Shake – in the case of this show the DVR is doing everyone in the world a favor. The sooner people stop watching SCC the sooner it stops being produced. Its smelling the place up!

Frank, I sympathize with you on the SCC/DVR issue. Despite what Freeman says, I like it. I never expected a Terminator storyline to rival Shakespeare. I’m entertained. I’m just sorry you couldn’t be entertained in big-screen HD.
