Random Thoughts: Dump Posted by Frank J. on 18 March 2013, 9:41 am Wow, is there a really nice view from the Ada County dump. The dump is on a mountain top. Overlooks Boise on one side and undeveloped hills and mountains on the other. I re-laced my sneakers on a shoestring budget.
