How is this a “war” or nothing scenario? Who the heck is talking about war? What is this idiot talking about?
So…he wants to “test” to see if they nuke a few million people? There’s no way anyone can be as stupid as this guy is begging people to believe he is, that only leaves one other possibility.
Gotta love them strawman arguments. Set up an either or scenario nobody is talking about to justify a deal nobody wants.
