Though I have many relatives in the DEEP south, every time I visit them, I feel I’ve magically transported to the middle of a movie, somehow, and the accent and the grammar never really sticks when I get back home to reality.
I was trying out my “y’all” for my coming trip.
Apparently, I did it incorrectly. I should have said:
“That’s why I love all y’all!!”
