That overpriced blender only has one speed, on or off. A good puppy blender has several speeds like deflea, deworm, neuter, spay, yelp, liquify, and smoothify. As for the breed, any will work, providing that their fur doesn’t give off a “doggy odor” when moistened with the ice cubes.
