Eternal optimist? No wonder he thinks the budget coffers are always full.
Ahh yes, “civility”…manifested in calling TEA Party people “teabaggers” and hostage-taking terrorists…and how the ever-so rational argument of economic redistribution is unquestionably valid.

P.S. — Don’t you appreciate the honesty of how “official” transcripts of press conferences always edit out the “um”s and “uh”s of his?
