OK, Detroit has a 58 minute police average response time. Yet, their kids are more likely to go to prison than to go to college. If their kids can’t get away from the scene of a crime in 58 minutes, maybe they’re just a whole city of idiots. I mean, how long have they been electing Dems? I think people underplay the dipstick aspect of Detroit.
