  1. They should talk impeachment, but not try it. Better an ambiguous issue hanging over Obama’s head then a tool that the Dems could use to solicit sympathy for him as being “persecuted” or “railroaded” like Clinton did. If you can’t get an impeachment conviction, and you need 67 votes in the Senate to do so, do start down that road. Talk about it yes, accusations and threats are useful, but for heaven’s sake stay away from actually starting the process.
