Can’t get my daughter to go to sleep. So I’m surfing the internet while she watches Christmas movies on Netflix.

I got what I wanted for Christmas already. Still lots of presents to open in the morning, but I’m already at peak cheer.
Merry Christmas, nightowls.
Merry Christmas to all the IMAO posters!!!

Isaac Newton, the man who invented calculus, the physics that we studied in high school, and the reflecting telescope (I found that out while looking up some facts about him just now), was born December 25, 1642, in Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth in Linconshire (there’s another Woolsthorpe in Linconshire, hence the necessity for the compound name – am I finding out a lot of things this morning!). Take a derivative or perhaps an integral in his memory today.
And a Merry Christmas to all! We have a white Christmas here.
Actually the inventor of Calculus was born on July 1, 1646. 🙂
