Oh, well then in that case, we’re sorry we called Obama a bastard spear chucker. We had no idea he was born to unwed parents or that he was half black…we were trying to make another point. Wish we hadn’t done that, but whatever.
I think ol’Joe was probably telling the truth. He’s too canny a politican to think that kind of ad would work.
That said I am so tired of the whole “black” thing. I personally don’t care if Obama’s green with pink stripes or purple with orange polka dots. I’m not voting for him because:
He the most liberal senator we’ve ever had the misfortune to have (left of Hillary and left of Teddy Kennedy)
He’s pro-late term abortion. Killing viable babies is murder no matter how you spin it.
He has no experience running anything. Community organizers don’t handle budgets or funding except to get it from someone else.
He is anti-military, pro terrorist. He want to MEET with these murderers? I hope Joe’s up to the job ’cause his boss will be coming home in pieces.
If I were the bigot Whoopi Goldberg is I would say that I’m not anxious to get gunned down by gangs of violent black youths, if their messiah gets elected, since it will be open season on “whitey”. (She isn’t anxious to be a slave, should McCain and Co. get elected – said on the View. Bet you didn’t hear anything about that in the Drive by Media) But I’m not the bigot Whoopi is. I don’t care about the color of his skin. I care about the contents of his resume and the ideals he lives by, such as they are.
We could seriously be looking at the beginning of Armageddon.
So Big Joe is out there contradicting his boss now? I thought Obama was running the campaign (that’s the reason he gave for being more qualified than Gov. Palin, right?). So, if he’s running the thing, he knows what commercials go out with his name on them…
Maybe Biden’s doing the flip-flopping for Obama these days. I know it must get tiring for the Obamessiah.

You ain’t kiddin’. As much as I disagree with the ideals of the Democratic party, I wouldn’t be worried sick over the presidency of a “reasonable Democrat” (I know it’s an oxymoron, but you all know what I mean)But Obama and his mantra scares me. And you hear it in everything he is talking about concerning the bail outs: Government should control everything.
My brother is a socialist (he stops short of using the word Marxists…..but he is one). I fear living in the world he thinks we should. And trust me there is no reasoning with these people.
I just wonder: There are so many socialist nations out there already, why do they need to mess up the US? Why can’t they just move?

It’s absolutely right, of course. There are plenty of countries that espouse the socialist dream; why destroy the one real alternative people have (particularly if you claim to be “pro-choice”)?
But I also remember that Karl Marx used the terms “socialism” and “communism” interchangeably, and also insisted that “socialism” must be worldwide in order to succeed. In other words, there is to be no escape, no alternative.
Make no mistake, if there is an alternative, far more people will choose the alternative. That’s why it must be quashed.

Oh, yes, socialism, Marxism, communism one in the same. But those who practice or believe use the terms depending on who they are speaking with. Brother Comrad wouldn’t use the word communism hangin’ at the Starbucks, but he might use the term “community organizer”, socialist comes after he can trust someone. Obama continues to speak of world citizens and all the code language of Marxists. Scary.
And yes, Love it of leave it! I’ve already proposed to the few Canadians here that we would be happy to swap the Conservative Canadians for some of our liberals. Maybe a two for one deal would work!
The Bi-Bo Comedy Team would be a hoot if they weren’t so deadly serious. They have captured the “hearts and minds” of millions of Americans by preying on our citizens’ lack of history comprehension and fear of self-reliance. Socialism is gaining momentum (remember Pee Wee’s ever-increasing Ball of Foil?) and will astound us with its quick entrenchment if Bi-Bo wins.
Hang on to your sense, and your cents, and keep the armaments at the ready. (With $700 billion, we could certainly stock those without, and replenish those with.) Maybe not Armageddon, but another Revolution could be mounting. Count me in.
Socialists can’t move because other countries don’t want them. Every place socialism has been tried, it has failed, and lost its appeal. Only in those places it has never been fully implemented can it even have a chance of getting put into place.
I see a very big problem, in that socialism, marxism and the rest is all about warfare. Instead of seeing how rich folks can be utilized to improve everyone’s lot in life, they want to kill and rob them. Not only is it immoral, it is a waste and disincentive. Why try hard accumilating wealth (which can be turned around and be used to pay workers for businesses) if it is just going to get stolen, and you will be vilified for doing so?
I have noted lately that there is a lot of class warfare talk coming from Obama. I don’t think most folks want any kind of warfare. And there are ways to use rich folks to their and our mutual benefit, without warfare. For a lot of talk about how we need to “work together”, the political left, they seem to miss this very fundamental concept
Democrats never have, and never will, work with the other side of the aisle. They don’t even acknowledge anything right of far left except to lie about it, blame others for their own failings/mistakes, and/or destroy the opposition.

If Obama wins, it literally will be the final nail in the coffin to America as we know it and the Founders designed. Within this last century, Liberals have already destroyed everything they touched – families, churches, education, healthcare, entertainment, finance, business, political leadership. Get your guns ready and head for the bunker.
My only consolation in an Obama administration is that this Earth is not my final home, and God who is still in control will bring me Home someday and judge everyone who ever rejected or mocked Him.
