A Few Notes

I don’t think that was my best In My World™, but I have four more years to try and reach comic genius. Also, I’ll work with Scott for some new audio bits. Hopefully you’ll soon be hearing IMAO on a radio station near you.
Man, I’m just so happy. How’s everyone else doing?

  1. YEAAARGH!
I’m consoling my lefty friends. They’re crushed. Devastated. One cried.
    I couldn’t be happier.
All of them have conceded that embracing Michael Moore was a HUGE mistake for the Dems. They weren’t sayin that last week.

  2. I feel great. I feel like with a good solid popular vote we have the opportunity and the duty to show what we can do with a mandate. we need a 2 party system and now is our chance to bring both parties further to where the majority values of america stand. and less of this (we have to be more extreme and make the other side apear more extreme) crap. there will always be left and right of center. lets define the center as a little further right than it was.

  3. As the only Bush supporter in my whole town, I feel a little lonely. In fact I am completely depressed.
Although I am fantastically happy for America, and hope to get to the USA, I know that deep inside me, I will stay part French and never become completeley American.
Having a Republican mind trapped in a french body is a real pain in the ass. If I had enough guts, I would blow my brains out.
Instead, I just cowardly survive through the long days of a french life.

  4. My sister (Kerry voter)said all of her co-workers (she works for the State of Oregon) were actually CRYING!! She said all they needed was a little sackcloth wardrobe to complete the effect!!! Heeheehee…..BWA HAHAHAHAHA!
Me? Feeling just fine, thank you!

  5. you got me hooked on the democraticunderground. now elizabeth edwards is posting. And Michael Moore said that the majority of whites voted for Bush but don’t worry because in 50 years whites won’t be a majority. What the suck is that?? Is he joking? sounds kinda Hitlerish.

  6. If i’ve had a more gleeful night in my life, I must have been too drunk to recall it. I live in Bush country so life is good. NOTE: I asked a friend why he voted for Kerry. Response: I don’t even know…sigh

Glad to see ignorance didn’t prevail. Woot!

  7. Hey Leibhusar, don’t despair. As long as you’re connected to the rest of us thru the wonderful web, you can be as American as you want! Your friends are here for you, man. You can even say ‘yeeeehhaaaawww!’ with us.

  8. Hey, Leibhusar, we all came from somewhere else. Where you are born cannot prevent you from being a true American. Instead of blowing your brains out, set the goals of getting over here, studying for citizenship, and then becoming a full-fledged American citizen. Then do it, one step at a time. That’s what all true blue Americans would do. No self-pity, just ACTION and ACCOMPLISHMENT! And thank you for your best wishes!! And viva Lafayette, my absolute favorite American hero who happened to be born in France!

  9. Yeah Leibhusar. As i have said before, I am a repentant canadian, and have not spoken french in 11 years. It gets easier with time. And starting out someplace that just sucks gives you the edge of really feeling the blessings of America…the real America!!

  10. Stop being humble.
There’s nothing wrong with that IMW.
    OK there is.
I’d rather have a visual of the Bush twins nekkid as opposed to Condi. I mean sure Condi’s hot for a 50 year old woman, but J&B are 22 and suuhmmokin’.

  11. I feel fine. I hope you’re doing better.
Don’t sell yourself short. Your post was great. I especially liked the phone call with Daschle and also the foreshadowing offered by She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named at the end.
