The Star Wars Quiz

Last night I tried to see a screening of the new Star Wars movie. I waited in line for 2 hours with a bunch of people in Yoda, Skywalker, and Darth Vader costumer. At least – I hope they were costumes.
Sadly, the box office ran out of tickets, so I sat in a movie theatre with 20 Dart Vaders watching Monster In Law. It was weird because whenever Jennifer Lopez got huffy and stormed away, I’d hear murmurs from the audience, “Yes, the force is strong in that one.”
Anyway, since I didn’t get to see the movie and share how wonderful it is.. I thought I’d test the IMAO readership to see how well YOU know your Star Wars movies.

  1. Seriously, Hanoi Jane Fonda?? If you had such a burning desire to see a commie alongside a super diva, you could have done the Farenheit 911 bit, paid for Kung Fu Hustle and “ended up in the wrong theater.”

  2. “Maybe your years of faithful movie attendance and mindless purchasing of SW products have not been in vain.”
You’re right, because I know it’s spelled Anakin, not “Anniken.”
Shows you what a nerd I am.
Also Vader climbed out of a lava pit, which was like hell, but reminded me of that one virtual reality ride they have at some fairs and arcades.

  3. Death Star Warming…ROTFL
I haven’t seen the new movie yet, either. My daughter went to the midnight first showing, even though she had an A.P. Macro-economics test the next day. She said she liked it okay, but she felt kind of weird since there were only 5 other girls in the theater and they were all in costume.
