97% of kids play video games. This begs the question: What the hell is wrong with the other 3%? Are they not l33t enough? Do they play solitaire through the horribly inefficient deck of cards method? Do they not need to run around shooting people in video games because they do it in real life?
They sound dangerous. There should be a law that adults have to keep an eye on kids.
Video game playing should be mandatory for all kids as soon as their hands are big enough to use the controller properly.
I am one of the 3%. I loathe video games. They give me headaches and I don’t like sitting still for more than three or four minutes. I might warm up to the Wii since it is more active, but I;ve never had the opportunity yet.
this dislike for video games goes all the way back to the beginning, when my neighbors bought Pong. It just went downhill from there; Space Invaders, Asteroids, Pac Man. Blech.

Whether you believe homosexuality is a lifestyle choice, character flaw, divine blessing or birth defect, it does place the afflicted/blessed firmly outside the mainstream of society, history and culture. I think calling on god’s mercy to help someone overcome this disadvantage is in no way hateful or mean. In fact, to do otherwise would be a betrayal of her faith. You can call her a bi*** or insane or creepy or evil, but I don’t think the facts bear that out. Her own baby has a genetic flaw that will profoundly impact his life and the life of the Palin family. She had the legal right not to go through with the pregnancy. She chose life. Maybe I’m idealistic, but I think if there was a prenatal test for homosexuality, most people at this site would not use it as an excuse to end the pregnancy.

I’m a ceritified rifle instructor and team coach. More than once, I’ve had prospepctive youth rifle team members tell me they just couldn’t make it for shooting practice twice a week. They were too busy playing kill-em-all video games. Real shooting just couldn’t compete.
