“Spread the wealth around.”
That’s Barack Obama’s plan. But it’s not a new plan. There are many, many ways to spread the wealth around.
From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse.
It ain’t easy to make money, so now everybody wanna take money…
I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance at success, too. I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody.
Now, what’s the difference in these plans?
Well, if it’s your wealth that somebody takes to spread around to someone else … nothing. No difference at all.
I feel so bad for Joe right now. He dared to question “The one”, and they want him to pay.
Just like the Confederate flag is not merely a symbol of Southern heritage, wealth redistribution is not merely a policy of socialism. The Klan uses the Confederate flag, but that doesn’t make them part of the Southern heritage. Democrats push weath redistribution, but that doesn’t make them socialists.
Define wealth redistribution then LOL
The belief that government has the authority to take a citizen’s earnings, no matter what the amount, to bestow it upon another citizen in a quest to socially engineer a more equitable society is squarely rooted in Socialist dogma. This belief is championed and possessed by Barack Obama and is proven beyond doubt in his statement to Samuel Wurzelbacher:
“It’s not that I want to punish your success. I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you, that they’ve got a chance at success too. I think that when you spread the wealth around it’s good for everybody.”
Sanjay…. redistribution does make them socialists. It kind of makes George Bush socialist too .But on the other hand we don’t need redistribution as evidence. Compare democrats with socialists | communists | stalinists ……..You can sit in a room and we conservatives promise to bring you sandwiches till you find a difference. You will be there the rest of your life. Free lunch in perpetuity…how can you beat that? Oops…I have stumbled on to democrat policy by accident. Vote for me …. Free hoagies!

I always find it interesting that socialists are generous with other people’s money, but not their own.
When I was at a McCain ralley last night I made the statement”They can spread his wealth(Obama’s) around I want to keep my own money!!” I had about a hundred people(who overheard me) who readily agreed with me!!!! BTW they had a Biden ralley here a couple of weeks ago(a complete bust) they just didn’t have the crowd they had last night for McCain!!! Go McCain/Palin!!!!
I guess it’s us bitter Midwest Americans who cling to our guns and religion!!!!

It’s true that Sarah Palin does have the most executive experience
of all the candidates in this election. This experience includes
“spreading the wealth” (see: Alaska’s Windfall Profits Tax),
“abuse of power” (see: Troopergate), “questionable expenditures”
(see: Family travel expenses, hair and wardrobe costs).
But let us not get caught up in the here and now.
