While I believe that the President overriding laws for political gain (or any other reason really) is about as unconstitutional as it gets, I do posit a different immigration reform: keep the immigrants, deport the occupiers.
Oh, gosh, no, Son of Bob, since it says right in the Constitution that the President may selectively enforce or ignore any law he chooses and even make them up or change them anytime!!
Fully within their ability since Boehner is a useless tool, however, nowhere near legal. In fact, it’s pretty much the definition of treason.
