so….with this new-found Constitutional power for the Federal Government to tax anything they feel like, or the absence of anything they feel ought to be there but isn’t, can they tax web sites or individuals who speak out against the government? I mean….they’re not telling you you can’t do it…they’re just taxing you for behaving in a way they’d rather you didn’t behave.
