@ Veeshir – “Regular Godzilla” is an interesting concept.
Anyway, this does not do away with the need for organic dinosaurs. A mechanical dinosaur could just as easily be a tank or a truck. So you could call your truck with a rocket launcher a “dinosaur.” Does not satisfy the requirements.
This is by the artist John Lopez. He and I went to the same High School but he was a few years behind me. Nice to see his stuff getting national attention.
As I recall, the Japanese already tried this and it didn’t work out so well.
Look for a documentary on Mechagodzilla, try the one that shows regular Godzilla kicking his butt.
