Sadly, the patient will be relegated to rereading a 1998 Newsweek magazine while the admissions staff searches for an acceptable code to place in appropriate field. Please be careful not to self-inflict a paper cut from the magazine lest an infection arise. That would call for another complete form to be initiated.
