John Kerry said we need to put together “a coalition of countries” to defeat ISIS in Iraq.
Great idea. Now for the tricky part: convincing Obama the US should be one of the countries.

I suppose Kerry will get other countries to join by going to them and delivering speeches. Once enough of the people in the other country have been bored into comas, that country’s government will have no choice but to say “Yes, yes, we will join your coalition! Now please go away!”
