Such a patented contradiction seems like evidence of brain damage; I’d like to invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, but since it’s up to the “Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide” to make such as declaration, that probably isn’t going to happen. Hmm, unless Congress votes itself the power; oh bother, the Senate.
