That made me smile 🙂
I remember an old History Channel show (maybe Modern Marvels) that said that the first ‘super market’ had the brilliant idea of providing grocery carts for their customers so that they’d buy more on each visit.
Before grocery carts, people would only buy as much as they could carry to the register.
Maybe they could just have people wander around the store wearing a bib with their hands tied behind their backs;
They weight them when they walk in, let them graze through the aisles as much as they like, then weight them again when they leave, and charge them for the difference – minus what they slop onto the bibs?
DamnCat: “8 ounces of tuna please.”
Clerk: “Yes…um…sir. How will you be taking that home?”
DamnCat: “In my belly.”
