I think that the proper response should be the immediate trial, and execution of all the al Qaeda prisoners that they demanded be released, and that we should send more Westerners, in the form of the US army, into the Arabian Peninsula. We can ‘offer’ to send in the army to help them contain, and curb their lawless and rampant gang activity.

I am not a liberal or anything. I am a right wing conservative all the way. I don’t care what tactics we use to make the prisoners talk and I don’t mind collateral damage of civilians, as long as it was collateral damage, incurred in going after a strategic target. Targeting uninvolved civilians just to kill civilians does not leave much room for our tactics to be considered any better than theirs. Right?
We would own this friggin’ planet if we would just pioneer the first mainstream alternative fuel. The day our civilian and military machines can operate just as effectively on Hydrogen powerplants and we have NO dependance on oil is the day we can tell all these hell holes to enjoy there third world existance, killing each other to their hearts content.

There needs to be a re-evaluation of tactics in that area of the world. Since it’s not P.C. to just roll in and wipe out entire cities anymore, send about 10,000 troops to surround each problem city; widely announce that any non-combatants have 24 hours to leave. Search thoroughly any people who do leave the city and detain them pending further investigation. After the 24 hours is up, turn the city into a Roman candle. Then when the fires die down, roll in with Abrams tanks, Bradley fighting vehicles, and Marine assault teams. Kill everyone left. Make it so bad that the collective international community vomits on themselves and has panic attacks.
When foreign “news” outlets get these kinds of tapes and announcements, send “investigators” to find out where and when the correspondence came from, then move accordingly.
The time has finally come for the Middle East to be cleaned out. A friend gave me a visual image that, although it solves nothing, certainly appealed to my baser instincts. He said we should have encouraged the Saudi’s to release all the prisoners the terrorists demanded … from about 15,000 feet. “Sorry Mohammed, your friends asked that you be part of the deal,” the soldier says as he hits Mohammed’s fingers, which were clutching the open door of the airplane, the last obstacle between Mohammed and the 72 ‘virgins’ awaiting his arrival below.
I recall stories of how missionaries would go to witness to savage tribes of Africa and the Indonesian islands. At first, they would play nice in order to get the trust of the natives, fearing they would turn on them. They would be careful not to insult their customs or their gods. However, they reached a long impasse in their proselytizing and won few if any converts. Finally, out of frustration and desparation, the missionaries would tell the natives outright that the pagan gods were false and the missionaries’ God was true. To prove this point, they allowed witch doctors to cast curses on them, with no avail. They would set up camp in places that the natives believed were cursed, but the missionaires would be unscathed. In fact, with western technology and know how, the missionaries would cure diseases and escape catastrophies that would ruin the natives. Eventually, the natives got the message and converted en masse.
The problem the Muslim world is that it needs a good beating. While the spread of Christianity was mostly an intellectual exercise, Islamic history consist of 1,300 years of spreading its doctrine through conquest. Persians, Byzantines, Egyptians, Tartars, Ethopians, West Africans, Goths, Indians, Jews, Balkan peoples, and others have been defeated and “converted” peoples of Islam. A cursory reading of the Koran and its jihad verses bear out that belief. It simply against their religion to make peace or be defeated by an infidel. In their thinking–notwithstand such setbacks as the Iberian Reconquista or the temporary defeats of the Crusades–history is a process of Islam pervading and conquering the world. Their fatwas aganist America and the West are a continuation of that onslaught.
What we need to do is take an objective, definitive stand against this imperial doctrine of Islam, in both word and deed. We do it in word by denoucing Islamic teaching, and Islamic teachers, who preach violence against non-muslims. If that means calling the Koran a lie, then so be it. We do it in deed by defeating muslims militants any chance we get. Any country, any insurgency, any terrorist group, or other muslim clique that so much as threatens the west should receive destruction. Defeat, defeat, defeat! Liberate their countries and let them enjoy success despite their apostacy. Undo in one generation a muslim world that took seventy generations to create. Make it very clear to them that our weapons, our society, our beliefs, and our lives are in all ways superior better then theirs. That’s how we end militant Islam and get them to come over to our side. Militant Islam and its conquests are just another fascist pyramid scheme. It may have taken a little longer to collapse, but that collapse began when our towers collapsed. If we have the courage and resolve, it won’t take much longer.
The Koran is a damn lie, and Mohammed (shithead that he was) was none other than a caravan raiding, slave-trading, city-sacking polygamist wacko who exterminated entire tribes…Wanna know how to properly behead people? Just look in the Koran! Mohammed expressly orders how, killing all the men of a Jewish tribe and selling the women and children into slavery. What a Prophet of God…Hurray for the Religion of Peace!
