I wasn’t exactly bowled over, but I’m still anxious to see the final product.
I should do a top ten list of why conservatives can’t be funny… unless I already did that…
Show’s got some potential, but to really succeed it shouldn’t be afraid to ruffle some feathers and occasionally shock and offend folks.
Wow. Awful. Just Awful. It’s only funny in the “laughing at you, not with you” sense.
SUCKED! DANG! and that half-ass excuse for a laugh track doesn’t help.
A conservative comedy show won’t work, ever. I know because they already made one that was hilarious and it got cancelled after half a season.
The canned laugh track was the worst. Don’t they have the budget for more than one laugh sound?

Conservative humor will never catch on just because the powers that be are scared to death of offending the left. Try watching Penn and Teller: Bullshit! and see if they’re not pretty close. Plus there’s the fact that we have jobs, kinda cuts out a lot of the daytime hours. And at night there better things to do than watch tv.
The canned laughter is very masculine, because Fox is marketing this to the “guy” demographic. Really, really dumb guys, apparently.
If Fox News Channel can’t read the smoke signals coming out of the blogosphere, we might have to consider it closer to “old media” than “new.”

Penn and Teller are NOT conservative, they’re libertarians. They attack God and social issues all the time.
But on the environment and other topics, they are so, so good.

indeed-this definetly needs to be funnier. I miss that show “this just in”. any show that has ted kennedy dropping out of a plane in a toilet into a bar and starts drinking right away has my vote.
