The latest Obama ad portrays McCain as being old and out of touch, even making fun of how he can’t send an e-mail. Jonah Goldberg looked it up, though, and the reason McCain can’t send an e-mail isn’t because he’s old or out of touch but is actually because McCain can’t use a keyboard because of beatings he received from the Vietcong.
Allahpundit found some anecdotes that suggest McCain can use a computer, but you have to wonder what gaggle of monkeys Obama has working for him to make attacks like this. If running a presidential campaign shows presidential experience, then if Obama becomes president he’ll be in a race for the bottom with Carter.

Okay, even the people who run a website are in the dark about technology. Computers can be used by people who are paralyzed and even blind now and certainly a US Senator would have access to the latest technology. Besides, McCain has also said so himself that he is becoming literate.
So, if injuries prevent him from using a computer, how is it that he is learning how to use it right now? Gee, a simple Google search would have found that part of the question out.
[Still, it makes one an ass to criticize someone for not learning to use a computer if it’s so much more difficult for him to use and he doesn’t need it for his job.And, as you said, he’s learning to use a computer, which goes against the ad. Obama’s campaign really screwed up on this. -Ed.]

can =/= practical – if the guy can just call some other Senator on the phone, I’d expect him to stick with what’s convenient unless it’s necessary (and my guess the guy doesn’t have much spare time to spend answering e-mail).
One of the radio guys mentioned this I believe, but McCain should put out an ad, depicting a screen-shot of Outlook Express on the left and the dashboard of a fighter jet on the other, asking which one would you like to operate right now and bet your life you get it right.
Actually I don’t think the radio guy presented this as well as I just did.
PS – Sarah Palin is Exactly what the LIBS have been saying they want in a leader for decades now. Now they say the Sarahcuda is all wrong. How can you possibly be a democrat and have any self respect? Well, you can’t so obviously you don’t care about that.

Not to put to fine a point on this, but if the President is going to have to read and answer all his own e-mails, he won’t have time to do anything else. A true leader knows how to delegate.
Obama’s stupid mistake was doing the bashing himself. When Bob Dole was running against Clinton, SNL mocked his war injury unmercifully. It didn’t redound on Clinton because he kept himself away from that.

Boy, they sure are a classy bunch, those liberals. Seems like Obambi’s ad camp are straight from Kosland. I remember them having a field day when Reagan passed away & they did it again when W.F. Buckley passed on as well.
This is why they become easy for me to objectify- they’re not really human to me, they don’t seem to possess the Divine spark or a bit of human compassion that isn’t rehearsed. It makes me a little angry when I think about how I could be convicted of manslaughter or murder if I had my way with the most prominent ones.

Respect used to be held in esteem for men of worth, and Reverence for America’s heroes used to be commonplace. I, however, cannot have respect for these supposed men on the left because they respect nothing. I feel little compassion for their womanly mouthpieces because they’re selling themselves short.
Liberal women are a sad sight compared to the real strong women of America’s past. Mary McLeod Bethune, a black female activist, even stated long ago that, “The true worth of a race must be measured by the character of its womanhood.”
I believe the same applies to the left, as they see themselves as being “more evolved” than everyone else. Now look at Michelle Obama, Cindy Sheehan, Hillary Clinton, etc. What kind of character to you see in them? What do you see when compared to Cindy McCain, Ann Coltur, Condi Rice & so on?
Take the most principled Liberal Democrat female, if you can even think of one, and stack that against the average conservative Christian woman, and you’ll see that the moral equivalencies of the left don’t measure up to true belief in God or the long-held principles of real American patriots, whether they believe in a higher power or not.

Obama is going to be really disappointed when he finds out that voting format for the Presidency of the USA is not the same as the voting format for American Idol.
