Good idea? Or a bad idea?

There is a product called PetSpa (tip: Barking Moonbat Early Warning System). And that name pretty much sums it up.

Here it is in action:

That is so wrong. Yes, I laughed. Out loud. But it’s still wrong.

I’m sure the people that invented this thing were sitting around, thinking this was a good idea. And that poor cat trusted the person that placed it in the PetSpa.

Only, the cat got a rude surprise. And pretty early on figured out it didn’t like what was happening. But there was nothing it could do about it. The makers of the PetSpa, and the owner of the cat, decided it was best.

They’ll try that again on that cat. Only, I suspect that, unless they’ve de-clawed that cat, they next time they try it, the cat with have its on rude surprise.

I wonder if I could use this as an analogy to anything?

Alien and Sedition Acts

With all the talk by liberals of constantly trying to link the Tea Party with any violence they can and charge whatever evil they can think of on the group, the liberals seem pretty desperate to try and shut up their opposition. I’m starting to wonder if liberals are thinking of bringing back some new form of the Alien and Sedition Acts. It does seem what they’re going for is to claim any dissent is grave harm to the country (and racist!) and will only hurt people.

I’m not mentioning this because I fear anything will come of that. I’m just mentioning it to point out that what liberals are doing now is a really old form of stupid.

Reagan on the $50

There is now legislation to put Reagan on the $50. The $50 bill isn’t very popular — if you’re going to get large sums of money, you’ll get a bunch of $100 bills — but expect liberals to fight this as they don’t like being reminded how popular Reagan is and how popular they aren’t.

The current person on the bill is Grant, and he was probably drunk while posing for the portrait. And most people these days probably don’t even know who he is; he’s just some random beardo. Even if we don’t replace him with Reagan, there has to be some more popular choices to put on the $50. Like Mr. T, and then people would call it a “T-Bill” and that would be pretty cool.

Still, I’m for putting Reagan on the bill. Then liberal store owners will probably put up signs saying, “We don’t accept $50 bills.” And then I’ll be like, “But does your face accept my fist?” And then guess what I’ll do? That’s right; I’ll punch the the liberal in his dumb monkey face.

So, what do you think? Should we name stuff after Reagan, or should we just destroy as much government as we can and eat jelly beans in his honor?

Pointless Reunion

You see this?

So it’s like all the SNL people who played presidents reprising their roles (plus Jim Carrey) in a skit directed by Ron Howard, but most of the jokes are lame and it’s all for… well I’m not sure. Something about banks and regulations and zzzzzzzz. Why? What would motivate someone to do this? Hollywood’s intense concern for bank regulatory reform? Half the cast probably doesn’t even know what they’re talking about.

We really have to get it out of Hollywood’s heads they’re anything other than dancing monkeys. We want to be entertained by them, but they’re for the most part a bunch of weirdos and rank just barely above serial killers on people we want to be lectured about politics and morality from. Dancing monkeys just dance for our amusement; they don’t assume because they entertain us they have wisdom we need. That would be a silly monkey.

Random Thoughts

Are there really people out there so dumb that they’re going to support Obama because people with white coats are standing behind him? And don’t those dumb people already support Obama?

If terrorists dressed a grizzly bear in a lab coat, it would easily be able to attack the president from behind during a photo-op.

So is a lab coat from practical purposes or is it a status symbol?

I’ve use a lab coat in my job before, but it was light blue so I don’t know if that makes me as smart as others.

Kids these days, with their music and their clothing.

Obama makes me really look forward to our second black president since he/she won’t be Obama.

I don’t know if Palin is going to go back into politics, but she is definitely going to continue to be very rich.
