I always thought the MSM was just a bunch of useless left-wing nitwits who would often try to be balanced but had such a fringe view on things and surrounded themselves with other fringe lefties so that they didn’t no idea how fringe they were that they often spectacularly failed at balance.
That was too kind a view.
The Daily Caller has posted some excerpts from the Journolist of left-wingers plotting together to try and down newsworthy stories because they hurt their candidate Barack Obama. Basically, they wanted to crush any stories about Jeremiah Wright and smear anybody who brought them up as racists. I guess I should be threatened by this conspiracy, but I find it reassuring because, wow, what a group of excitable dimwits. These people are trying to organize a political movement and they don’t sound like the mental capacity to organize their clothes each morning. Like who is this little chihuahua Spencer Ackerman?

Why I find this all so reassuring is that it proves what a freak occurrence Obama’s brief popularity was. These people obviously have no idea how the average American thinks and their scheming is so infantile that they mostly only are able to move the news further against them. Obama was a blank slate and during that time a beleaguered public pretended him to be great — but this was basically despite the left-wing idiots in the news. The left-wing media working together at full force is repugnant to most people as they’re too dimwitted to actually move the news the way they want because to do that they’d have to understand why people hold other views than theirs which is a bridge too far (“Dey is conservative because dey is racist!!!”). There is nothing more harmful to left-wingers than them conspiring together; the further they surround themselves with other fringe lefties the further they isolate themselves from the views of the public at large. And now look how irrelevant they’ve become.
There’s no question in my mind Obama doesn’t get elected, or even nominated in ’08 if the MSM hadn’t conspired with the vast left wing conspiracy to cover up his true Marxist bent. Covering up or minimizing the Rev. Wright story was just part of it. Anyone who’s paid attention knows it.
However, even though the effort was infantile, it worked. It doesn’t reassure me because too many nitwit Americans still get their news from these frauds, plus they will never hear about this story anyway from their MSM sources. The election of Barrack Obama shows you should never underestimate how stupid we Americans can be.
Journolist is proof of what I said sometime after Frank posted his race card graphic. Journalists are the dimmest bulbs in any college. The journalists in Journolist are simply high school students. “Quick! Call Fred Barnes a racist! That’ll fix ’em!” The problem is that these Nimrods have a certain amount of power. What to do? I say we should take away their car keys and their TV privileges. It’d prolly help to make them clean the garage. It needs cleaning anyway.

A few years back, I read The Turner Diaries, by William Luther Pierce. I read it because I heard McVeigh mention it during his trial. I had to read it because I couldn’t understand why a clean cut looking all American man could commit such a heinous crime. When I read the book, I was shell shocked. I just couldn’t believe such a thing could ever happen. Now, I am not so sure…………..
Obama is not the first media-selected president. The economy was in a death spin downward drop to hell until the day after Clinton won his election. Suddenly it was light and happiness although the recovery had actually gone on for six months. The MSM are card carrying democrats, with few exceptions.

Would it be arrogant of me to assume that these people have gained a certain power because most conservatives either go into the military, go to a trade school and get a good job, or go to a four year college to get an actual college degree worth those four years before getting a real job? Thus, most conservatives are productive members of society unlike most jurnelists?
Probably not arrogant, but the rosey take on the American public’s regression. I shall instead blame the lack of conservatives – and moreover, true American values – in the field of edumacation.
I recall a hillarious story about the first foray of an unkown Osama Bin Laden and his merry band of Al Qaeda when they attempted to attack a military base. It basically read like when Merry and Peregrin Took got caught trying to get into farmer maggots pipeweed but was chased off by his dogs. You know how that real life story ends.

I prefer the term propaganda over journalism. These people are innocent of the charge of being journalists. Joseph Goebbles would be so proud.
Think of this whole Obama and midterm situation as Bush 2004 the left thought they had him for sure. But, then they put Kerry up and Blacks and Hispanics set records for highest GOP voting numbers ever.
