New York City officials announced a new initiative to encourage office workers to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator.
Piece of cake. Just make all stairwell landings into designated smoking areas.

Or……….disable the elevator. I bet that’s going to be fun if you work on the 51st floor of some government building. Of course with the coming of obama care workers can just keel over and as long as they’re not over 50 years old they’ll be able to be seen at hospital in about 3 months.
