I recall that during the debate over O’s assertion that he had the authority to assassinate any citizen of the USA, anywhere in the world, at any time, there were liberal pundits/bloggers/commentators who were claiming that this authority wasn’t Presidential authority, it was specifically Obama authority; so future Presidents won’t have that authority. I recall wondering if that meant he could continue to murder Americans with impunity after leaving office.
