Hummmm…an interesting question. To tax more, is pretty self explanatory. All Democrats are in agreement, we need more taxes! Not to cut taxes is a little more nuanced, because although it means keeping a given tax on the books, it doesn’t mean said tax will be raised. This could put the Democrats in a quandary because as much as they love keeping taxes on the books they also love raising them.
