There have been a number of controversial Supreme Court decisions this year other than Heller. Here they are in properly numbered order.

If you didn’t want Justices to show up to Court drunk, you shouldn’t have passed the the 21st Amendment.
Having seen, unseeing isn’t protected.
Overturning the 5 second rule was pretty controversial.
Punching hippies is actually encouraged by the Second Ammendment of the Consistution. After all, the right to keep and bear arms includes the punched arms of hippies that have been torn off by a neighborhood dog (yours) after being punched for stinking and looking ugly. Afterwards, they have the right of immediate habeaus corpus – also protected by the Consitution – to another local: the city dump.
Don’t forget the ruling whereby, who smelt it no longer necessarily dealt it.
My girlfriend says it’s the best of the series. I wouldn’t go that far, but I’d agree with the ruling.
