In Pennsylvania, a marathoner says he was fined $100 for running in Valley Forge National Historical Park during the government shutdown.
Checking return on investment – how much did it cost to have a ticket-writer there?

Perhaps, if he had been a sprinter, he could have escaped arrest. Either that or they would have gunned him down as a threat to national security.
So you can’t run. What does the government have against Health?
My question is, how did the government stooge catch him to give him a ticket? I’m just saying, if I’ve got on gym shorts and running shoes and some schmuck park ranger tells me to stop so he can give me a ticket, I’m just going to give him the finger and keep running. The only way he’s catching me is if he’s on a horse.
