My favorite part: around the 23 minute mark, when Jim Henson explains how muppets answer a phone. In all the times I’ve watched The Muppet Show, that jump-edit never stood out to me. It just seemed perfectly natural to push the camera in to focus on the conversation.
That can’t be the muppets! Where’s the gay sex references, or the snide liberal politics?

That brought back so many feels. Jim Henson was a true artist, entertainer, and educator, and this just highlights the political mouthpiece and money making machine that his creation has become after his death. Thanks for posting this, Harvey.
