The right to privacy:

All of these spying scandals could be cleared up quickly if it was pointed out how they all violated Roe v Wade.

…or maybe NSA’s nosiness can get Roe v Wade overturned. Either way it’s a win.

    The right to privacy does not actually have anything to do with privacy.

    Just as the Interstate Commerce Clause has nothing to do with interstate commerce.

    Geez, it’s like you don’t understand the Constitution.
